Holy Qurbana
Sundays 7:30 AM Morning Prayer and 8:30 AM Holy Qurbana — English Qurbana every 4th Sunday.
Welcome to St. George Orthodox Syrian Church, Borivali — a spiritual home where generations gather in worship, grow in faith and serve one another in Christ.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”John 3:16

Established in 1980, the St. George Orthodox Syrian Church is part of the Bombay Diocese of the Malankara Orthodox Church. The church caters to over 140 families staying around Kandivali, Borivali and Dahisar, and is blessed to have been consecrated by H. H. Baselios Didymos I, Catholicos of the East (when he was a Bishop).
Our enthusiastic congregation serves through spiritual organisations contributing to worship, study and service — and the church is especially keen on charitable activities. The Mar Theophilos Charitable Clinic has done yeoman service since 1998, offering free medical care to the underprivileged, alongside blood donation camps, food distribution, school kits for disadvantaged children and support for the abandoned elderly.
